Dresden – being famous for its unique baroque architecture – is situated beautifully at both sides of the river Elbe and bears a number of culturally and touristically appealing attractions:

Conference dinner – In the evening of August 18th 2016, we meet in the picturesque old town of Dresden and will have an open-air buffet at the Brühl’s Terrace or, in the case of rainy weather, come together in the Bierhaus Dampfschiff.
Excursion – Exploring some of the architectural and scenic treasures of Dresden, we plan to close our workshop on August 19th with an exclusive excursion. Starting with a guided tour through the historical old town, we are going to explore the treasure chambers of the “Green Vault” („Grünes Gewölbe“), being located in Dresdens Royal Palace.
